What's the best overall airfare comparison website

I%26#39;m trying to book a flight flying into Kansas City and out of St. Louis with a possible layover in Chicago and am wondering which airfare comparison website is the best in terms of speed of use, savings for flying in an out of different airports (I%26#39;m assuming I just have to book 2 one-way tickets), looking at flexible travel dates, the most comprehensive range of airlines, etc. Do any of them include Southwest and JetBlue in their search?

We have two airports here - ORD (O%26#39;hare) %26amp; MDW (Midway).

Fares and routings are so complex that anything can happen. I would use the multi-city feature of the air shopping site you choose:

#1 Home -%26gt; MCI

#2 STL -%26gt; Home

If it turns out that two OW%26#39;s does provide the best solutions, then go back and check Southwest for each segment to see if a lower price or better schedule is found.
